Sarah Marshall is an Executive General Manager at Fulton Hogan, leading the operational functions of Health and Safety, People and Culture, Industrial Relations, Marketing and Communications, and Environment, Community and Sustainability. Sarah brings over 25 years’ experience working in the construction and infrastructure industry.
Sarah is a highly respected sustainability leader who has spent her professional career spearheading positive cultural change in the infrastructure industry. This includes driving infrastructure sustainability, reducing the stigma of mental health issues, increasing Indigenous engagement and procurement, workforce employment, skilling and training, and driving improvements in diversity.
Previously with Lendlease as Executive General Manager, Sarah has also held senior leadership roles with Abigroup and Leighton Contractors. Sarah is Deputy Chair and Independent Board Director on the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) and a Board Director on the NSW Architects Registration Board.
